One sunny day at 13th December 2008, the Hong Kong Medical Association, Photographic Society (HKMAPS), lead by Dr Amy Pang and Alex Fung held its 1st outdoor shooting event catching the sunset of the famous Tsingma Bridge. It was a joint activity with the Alex’s Fung Photography group. A total of 70 photo enthusiasts joined in the function. Shooting while walking for more than 30 mins, we reached a mudroad by the hillside, along the aqueduct, we finally reached the site where the whole of the Tsing Ma and Ting Kau bridge were displayed under the sunset. Under the instruction of Dr Amy Pang (your co-chairman) and Alex Fung (HKMAPS photo honorary adviser), via the walkie talkie, we enjoyed sunset shooting. Along the hill slope, a formidable array of 70 photographers and their 70 tripods continued shooting until 8pm. At the subsequent group dinner, these photo heroes (and heroines) shared their fantastic adventures and great photo victories over beer and good food. We reminisced on this rewarding day and made plans for our next great photo expedition.
Array of seventy tripods and seventy photographers along the water pipe.
